I love how after a long winter the earth warms up and signs of spring begin to come alive again, I love watching the petals of the year's first flowers unfurl and the blossom blooming on the trees. The days are a little longer now filling our home with more light, the air is fresh when the windows are swung open. The crocus bulbs we planted last September are blooming and look like confetti amongst the untrimmed grass in our front garden. I love hearing the birds sing as they greet the morning sun and I love that satisfying feeling as the curtains are drawn for the evening a little later than the day before.
